The Cotswolds Discoverer

The Cotswolds More Than Just The ViewThe Cotswolds Discoverer ticket is the perfect and hassle-free way to travel around and explore some of the most scenic parts of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty by bus and by train.

With either a one-day or three-day ticket offering unlimited* travel, you can visit a wide range of attractions, towns and villages including gardens, historic buildings, picture-postcard villages and have plenty of opportunities to explore the Cotswolds AONB one of the finest landscapes in England.

Cotswolds DiscovererAs well as enjoying a great day out or short break, you can also save money on your travel costs.  Plus, by leaving the car behind you will also be helping to look after our precious environment.

The ticket can be purchased at any mainline train station throughout the UK (our nearest stations are Moreton-in-Marsh and Evesham) and on participating bus services in the Cotswolds: Cotswold Green; Johnson's Excelbus; Pulham's Coaches and Swanbrook.

Tickets cost:

Adult: 1 day £10, 3 day £25 (with a railcard £8.30 and £20)
Children: 1 day £5 and 3 day £12.50



How to use the Cotswolds Discoverer

By rail: The Discoverer provides unlimited travel* with First Great Western, visit, between Oxford and Moreton-in-Marsh on the North Cotswold Line, and between Swindon, Gloucester, Cheltenham Spa and Ashchurch.  Also valid on rail services operated by Arriva Trains Wales and CrossCountry Trains Gloucester, between Cheltenham Spa and Ashchurch for Tewkesbury.
*not valid on rail services before 08.50, Mondays to Fridays.
