The Location of our Award Winning Cotswold Holiday Cottages
in
Beautiful Broadway
All of our family run Cotswold holiday cottages and apartment are located in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounded by picturesque and peaceful countryside. In the extensive grounds of a 1539 Cotswold manor house, built by the Sheldon family, on a quiet country lane, the cottages are just a few minutes' walk from the centre of the Cotswold village of Broadway, Show Village of England, Jewel of the Cotswolds and winner of a 2007 Calor Best Village award.
Our guests are invited to enjoy the surrounding grounds including the old manorial stewpond, stream and ornamental fish pond which all attract a wide variety of wildlife including a number of ducks. It is not unusual to see several families of ducklings in late spring/early summer in the grounds wandering between the ponds and stream. Our chickens roam amongst the trees in the orchard and our pet Dorset sheep graze happily in our field on the lane opposite.
The Cotswold Way National Trail (the long distance path between Bath and Chipping Campden) crosses our field and there are a number of footpaths in the surrounding area with some great walks to enjoy through some of the most beautiful courtryside in England. For the more energetic, we can arrange cycle hire (or bring you own bikes along) and guests are invited to use our tennis court during their stay.
